Belted Galloways were brought over to the US from Scotland due to the quality of beef they produce
In the winter our cows are fed protein rich alfalfa that we grow here on the farm and in the summer graze on nutrient rich white clover
Grass fed belted galloway cows contain up to 20% more muscle compared to other breads
USDA INSPECTED
To ensure there are no steroids or preservatives our meat is USDA inspected. Interesting fact: store bought grass fed beef still contains some preservatives for example there refrigerated shelf life is 6 days where our true preservative free meat shelf life is 2 days
